HOW CONTACT US THANKS TO OUR CONTACT FORM AND CLAIM ?
DISCOVER THE PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW ACCORDING TO YOUR SITUATION
To facilitate our exchanges and the support you deserve, we have put in place intuitive forms that allow us to process your requests as quickly as possible. For this, we have developed 2 specific forms: a contact form and a claim form.
So we are going to tell you what is the difference between each form and how best to use them.
CONTACT FORM
The contact form had been imaginated in the goal to facilitate your request alongside our team. In using, this form, you will be able to be put in touch with the appropriate service for your request : customer service, accountant, marketing or direction
To complete your request, you will have to fill in a multitude of fields that we will detail below :
- EMAIL ADDRESS : this field is mandatory, it will allow us to communicate with you regarding the state of advancement of your request
- SURNAME, FIRST NAME & TELEPHONE NUMBER : Enter your contact details
- SOCIETY : Inform your society
- SERVICE : Select the service you want to be connected with >> Customer service, accounting, marketing or direction
- ORDER NUMBER : Informe mandatory your order number, you will find it in the "ORDERS" tab of your account, select the number following the "#". This field is visible only if you select Customer Services and Accounting
- SUBJECT : indicate the subject of your request, for this, use keywords allowing us to analyze immediately the object of your request
- DESCRIPTION : this space gives you the opportunity to write your request in detail. You can also insere URLS, image, or other documents necessary at the understand of your request
- ATTACHED DOCUMENT : It’s here that you will can insert yours photos or other documents explanatory to your request (field no mandatory in contact form)
Once all of these fields have been completed, you click on “send” in order to transmit your request at the service concernated. Our collaborators will then receive your form, process it as soon as possible and get back to you. you will be alerted systematically of state advancement of your request by email or in tab “Comments area” of your account.
CUSTOMER CLAIM FORM
The customer claim form has been conçu to facilitating your claims alongside our team. Indeed, you will have the possibility to realize 2 types of claims : a delivery issue or a problem with product compliance/quality. Attention: The exercise of the claim must take place within a maximum period of eight (8) days from delivery.
To complete your request, you will have to fill in a multitude of fields that we will detail below :
- EMAIL ADDRESS : this field is mandatory, it will allow us to communicate with you regarding the state of advancement of your request
- SURNAME, FIRST NAME & TELEPHONE NUMBER : Enter your contact details.
- SOCIETY : Inform your society
- CLAIM : Select mandatory the object of your claim : issue delivery or a problem with product compliance/quality
>> Your claim concerns an “ISSUE DELIVERY” you must indicate which carrier you have chosen when passing your order.
>> Your claim concerns “A PROBLEM WITH PRODUCT COMPLIANCE/QUALITY” : You must indicate the type of defect found when receiving your order. You will have access to a drop-down list allowing you to select the reason for your non-compliance.
- ORDER NUMBER : Informe mandatory your order number, you will find it in the "ORDERS" tab of your account, select the number following the "#"
- SUBJECT : indicate the subject of your request, for this, use keywords allowing us to analyze immediately the object of your request
- DESCRIPTION : this space gives you the opportunity to write your request in detail. You can also insere URLS, image, or other documents necessary at the understand of your request
- ATTACHED DOCUMENT : We strongly advise you to attach photos or other explanatory documents of the reason for your claim in order to speed up the process of processing your request.
Once your form is finalized, you just have to click on "Send". Our collaborators will then receive your non-compliance request, process it as soon as possible and provide you with feedback. You will be systematically alerted to the progress of your request by email or in the "Comments area" tab of your account.
