My account

To create your account you must click on the "username" icon  located at the top right located at the top right of the Adesa site and materialized by a character.

Once you have clicked on this icon you will land on a page on which a “create your account” insert appears. You just have to enter your email address then click on “create your account” to start the creation. You will then have to fill in all the fields necessary for the creation of your account, mentioning a VAT number AND / OR SIRET to justify that you are indeed a professional.

Once your account is created on www.adesa.fr, you benefit from the loyalty program.
For 1 € spent, you earn 1 point.
When you accumulate 100 points, you get 2 € in your loyalty pot.
You can collect points with no time limit. However, once you decide to convert some or all of your points into a promo code, the voucher will be valid until a deadline.

How to convert your loyalty points?

To convert your points into a promo code, here are the steps to follow:

  • 1) Click on the "My account" tab
  • 2) Go to "My loyalty points"
  • 3) Click in the "Points to convert" field
  • 4) Indicate the number of points you want to convert into a promo code (100 points = 2 €)
  • 5) Click on the "Get a promo code" button
  • 6) Your promo code has been generated, you can copy the promo code and paste it in the "Discount" area of ​​the basket, when finalizing your order
  • 7) Your promo code can be used until the deadline indicated, once this date has passed it will automatically expire.

The addresses that you created in Smartlabel.fr have not been migrated to the new platform. You must therefore re-register them after your registration. The novelty of our platform lies in the fact that you can now distinguish between delivery addresses and invoicing addresses, and that you have a system of pre-filling addresses to save you time. This system also ensures that your addresses comply with postal standards, in order to improve the deliverability of your packages.

If you lose your password, you must use the "forgot password" link accessible from the login screen.

My order

We do not offer physical proofs for web orders: if you would like a printed proof before production of your order, please send us a request for a quote via the specific form.

If we modify your file, we will in some cases offer you an electronic proof for validation.

Our site is designed to allow you to calculate prices directly on a large number of combinations of options. If you cannot find the desired substrate, finishing or quantity, or if you are looking for a particular combination of criteria, you can send us a request for a tailor-made quote using the dedicated form. You will receive a personalized response with an estimate within 48 hours.

You can download your invoice directly from your customer account, in the "my orders" area within 48 hours of the shipment of your order.

To retrieve the invoice and / or credit note, simply click on the download link located in the detail of the order.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email confirming that we have taken your order into account. If you do not receive this email, remember to check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder in your email software.

You can also follow the progress of your order, from the "My orders" area of the ADESA site and display the detail of the order to follow the progress of its production.

In your customer area, under the tab "My account> my orders", you will find at any time all the important information relating to the current status of each / each of your orders / printing projects.

From this screen, you can cancel your order by clicking on the "Cancel" button. Please note that cancellation is only possible on condition that the order is in the "Pending payment" or "File control in progress" status. Once the order is in production or shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it.

Yes, you can order a "reprint" of an old order. From the "My account> My orders" window, click on the order you wish to withdraw, and click on the "Reorder" button.

This action will automatically add the corresponding items with the print files to your shopping cart.

Given the change of platform, it is necessary that you re-register on the new site. Once your account has been created, you must activate the discounts you previously benefit from: this is not automatic. You must therefore send a request to customer service so that they activate your discounts before your first order.

The change in technology of our web platform has resulted in a complete overhaul of the pricing model and the calculation of label prices. We have tried to get as close as possible to the old tariffs; however, deviations may be observed on certain configurations.

The change of web platform requires that you re-register. The history of your orders and invoices before April 2021 is therefore no longer accessible from your customer area. But don't worry, if necessary, we can send you your old invoices on request.

Yes, we provide our customers with sample kits so that you can find the combinations of materials and finishes suitable for your products. You will find all our samples from the dedicated product page.

Yes, you have the possibility to download the file associated with an order from the detail of this one in the "My orders" section.

Payment

We offer different payment methods to pay for your orders:

  • Credit card by Paypal
  • Paypal account
  • Bank transfer
  • SEPA direct debit net or 30 days (subject to conditions, to be defined with the sales department)

Please note that in case you choose payment by bank transfer, your order will be put on hold while funds are received. Delivery times will be offset by the corresponding waiting time.

Given the change of platform, it is necessary that you re-register on the new site. Once your account has been created, you must activate the SEPA direct debit from which you benefit beforehand: this is not automatic. You must therefore send a request to customer service so that they activate this payment method before your first order. Please note, you must have previously sent the direct debit authorization as well as your bank details.

Printing & cutting

Most of the labels sold online on our website are printed on digital HP Indigo presses, using ElectroInk® technology. Some labels on transparent material can be printed on digital inkjet presses.

For your specific requests, we can offer you flexographic or serigraphic printing in order to meet specific constraints, particularly in terms of printing volumes.

The labels offered by Adesa on its website are mainly laser cut. However, depending on the configuration of the requests, we can operate a mechanical cutting.

Shipping & after-sales service

Delivery times to mainland France are D + 1 for express time and D + 4 for standard time

  • Standard delivery : 4 days
  • Express delivery : 1 day, on specific substrates with limited quantities

⚠️  Warning : These deadlines do not apply to orders generated from a specific quote, nor to orders that will be delivered outside mainland France. For deliveries outside France, the deadlines will be specified to you when you choose your carrier during the validation of the shopping cart. The processing time of your order means both the production time and the delivery time.

Delivery costs are included in the final price of your order for delivery in mainland France. For delivery outside mainland France, additional delivery costs will be indicated when choosing the carrier, before payment.

You can save multiple addresses in your account and change them at any time. To do this, go to "My Account> My addresses" then:

  • Click in the left column on "edit" to modify an address already registered
  • Fill out the form in the right column to register a new address

Use of labels

As most of the labels offered on our website are printed with HP® ElectroInk® digital technology, the UV resistance of the inks is limited to 6 months in indirect exposure, as indicated in the descriptions of the papers and materials we offer.

For intensive or permanent outdoor use, we recommend that you request a specific quote so that our sales department can develop a proposal for weather-resistant labels over a longer period.

A conical jar has the particularity of having a smaller diameter at the bottom than that located at the top (or vice versa). Consequently, rectangular formats with right angles with too long dimensions will deform when they come to conform to the conical shape of the bottle. This distortion may be less visible for narrower rectangular formats. Thus, if your pot is conical, it is recommended to study its conicity and to adapt the format of the label to measure.

Any thermal printing on labels requires a preliminary test. You can order a pre-set of 50 labels before placing your bulk order. Usually, labels with a glossy varnish finish or glossy lamination cannot be printed. Conversely, labels with a mat lamination finish can be transplanted as long as you test them and provide the correct setting for your transplanter. If you wish to have the guarantee of the printing capability of your labels, you can go through our tailor-made quote form.

We have several winding directions possible, only with the label on the outside of the tape. It is recommended to check the constraints of the automatic label dispensing machine beforehand.

Some materials are resistant to freezing or ice seals. You will find all the details in the description of the papers and materials available online.

Design of labels

No, Adesa is not a design agency. We do not offer a design / artwork creation service. However, if you have a file that requires technical corrections, we offer prepress packages to bring these files into compliance with our printing workflows.

For your graphic design requests, we have a network of partners who can support you in the realization of your project.

At this time, we do not offer customizable label templates online. But stay patient 😉

Website usage

In some cases, it is sometimes necessary to empty the cache of your browser to fix small malfunctions. Here is what to do depending on the browser version you are using:

  • Clear Chrome Cache
    • For Google Chrome, just go directly to this chrome URL: // settings / clearBrowserData.
    • It is also possible to empty the cache via the interface, for this:
      • Click on the three small horizontal bars (top right)
      • Go to Settings / History / Clear browsing data ...
      • Select the period, the desired content then confirm.
  • Clear Firefox cache
    • For Firefox, just go to: Tools / Delete recent history and check everything.

  • Clear Microsoft Edge cache
    • Open settings from the menu at the top right.

  • Clear the Internet Explorer cache
    • To clear the Internet Explorer cache, just do the following:

  • Clear Opera's cache
    • For Opera, just go to: Tools / Preferences / "Advanced" tab
    • "History" section

  • Clear Safari cache
    • In the menu bar, look for the "Development" menu.
