Our IT and marketing support services stand behind the curtain. They are the ones who take care of the proper functioning of our adesa.fr web platform and continuously seek to offer you new features on the site in order to facilitate your customer experience.
The marketing and IT teams collaborate and think together about new products and services to offer you in order to surprise you and ESPECIALLY to satisfy you. The employees of the marketing department make every effort to provide you with articles and newsletters on sector news, new products and new market trends. They bring the Adesa community to life on their social networks: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn as well as on trade shows for printing and labels such as C! Print tradeshow.

The Prepress dept.: the experts in technical files!

At ADESA, file control is free! Our prepress (Computer Aided Publishing) team is responsible for verifying all label templates to be printed. They are the graphics files experts, they check the compliance of each file before launching it on the machine and it is thanks to them that any anomalies are detected before production. Our DTP service offers you specifications for the design of your file so that you do not forget any step when creating your labels. It is also with our DTP service that you will find exceptional graphic designers available to verify the conformity of your creations.

The printing workshop: know-how and expertise for over 50 years

At ADESA there are more than 30 people who manufacture your labels and ship your orders. Production is the crucial step in the process, it is our indispensable machine operators who ensure that high quality labels are produced that meet your expectations. Equipped with real know-how and specific technical skills, the foremen and teams ensure perfect follow-up and production through all stages of the graphics chain.

The production workshop is made up of several divisions:

• Printing workshop : our machine operators are trained in various printing techniques ranging from digital printing to screen printing. They are also able to handle laser cutting and traditional cutting. They are responsible for the correct setting of their machine so as to produce a visual conforming to the customer's order.
• Conditionning workshop : it is made up of about ten people whose mission is to shape the labels, that is to say, they must format the rolls according to what the customer has decided. In fact, automatic packaging machines allow you to choose the core and the number of labels per roll. When dealing with label sheets, it is necessary to cut the rolls to form A4 or A5 formats.
• Color lab : our colorist is responsible for color research for large accounts. It is then possible to respond to any color request by creating a tailor-made product: creation of Pantone colors for example. The objective is to ensure the repeatability over time of the shade chosen by the customer.
• Shipping dept: Once the rolls, labels or stickers have been shaped correctly, the boxes are sealed and then assigned to a destination with the automatically printed shipping label. Chronopost, TNT or Fedex carriers make their rounds and come directly on site to collect the packages.

The accounting department: the data specialists

Our accounting department will be happy to answer all your questions concerning your invoices, your account, questions about VAT or payment methods ... You can therefore contact them for anything related directly or indirectly to the accounting.

The Quality, Health, Safety and Environment department: the quality experts

The Quality, Health, Safety and Environment dept is essential at ADESA, it ensures compliance with safety and environmental rules in the production workshop and throughout the company. The employees of this department are responsible for managing non-conformities, that is to say customer complaints concerning the finished product: production problem or problem due to the customer file.
