Quality

Committed to a Quality approach, ADESA obtained, for its adhesive label printing activity, its first ISO 9001 certification in November 2003 (version 2000 at the time). Since that date, it systematically renews this certification (version 2015).

ISO 9001 certification guarantees the existence within ADESA of the following tools:

• Management by process
• Plan of control
• Traceability system
• Continuous improvement

Thus, our objective is to continuously improve the quality of our products so that they correspond to the requirements of our customers in the long term. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our concerns and has been for years.

Environment

In recent months, we have made a lot of efforts to develop an offer that responds to ecological questions. Our teams have worked to integrate recycled, recyclable and compostable media into our web catalog and in tailor-made quotes. These are recent materials in the label sector and we have made it a point of honor to offer you industrially stable solutions.

The Ecovadis audit is based on 21 criteria and 4 themes (Environment, Fair working conditions, Business ethics and Responsible purchasing). Each company is assessed on essential issues according to its size, location and sector of activity. We are happy to have obtained a silver medal with a score of 57/100.
